The Welcome Inn Chinese Restaurant had a reputation for great food but was a tired, poorly illuminated space. Q&A Interior Design set about transforming the brand and energising the external and interior architecture.

 

The dark ceilings and floor frame the light washed walls accented by the antiquities, while the fabric screens allow for intimacy.

    The high gloss red wall behind the bar draws you into the space providing visual depth and focus. The restaurant and bar were transformed into an intriguing, intimate and memorable experience.
