Holee Clucker - Fried Chicken Restaurant

The Holee Clucker is a destination Fried Chicken Restaurant in Cheltenham that takes a nostalgic view of a bygone era with a contemporary twist on the American diner.  Q&A Interior Designers were challenged to take a small narrow unit and create a premium accessible and fun environment that can be enjoyed from morning to evening.

A central open kitchen and bar were formed as a focal point to the restaurant creating a lively buzz at the core giving the ambience pace and energy whilst still allowing more intimate dining to the front and back. The back of the restaurant utilises a new roof lantern, flooding the space with light which is reflected through the space with the use of strategically positioned wall mirrors.

Dark stained timber cladding is paired with simple geometric white and black wall tiles that are embellished by a more premium decorative black and white patterned floor tile.
