Hawker Restaurant in Camden is a 'casual' Vietnamese eatery neither 'pastiche' or themed but an intelligent interpretation of street culture and nostalgia. The client was very clear about what Vietnam meant to him and it was these aspects that were developed into the concept of Vietnamese Street food.
As you enter the rustic oxidised metal facade the space is dominated by a bespoke distressed painted wall, with the familiar graffiti of taxi telephone numbers emblazzened across the wall.
“ Starting your first business on your own is a massively daunting and at times seemingly impossible challenge. One of the best decisions I made was to enlist the help of Q&A to help realise the first Hawker. Not only was I extremely happy with the work and creativity that was produced, but I found Q&A were always reliable any day of the week, and always went the extra mile to advise and help. Work was always conducted to schedule and with professionalism. I would strongly recommend Q&A to any restauranteurs who are looking to create a truly unique space ”
