KIBOU is a Japanese Restaurant, ramen & sushi bar in Clifton Bristol, Cheltenham & London. 

 

Q&A Interior Designers were commissioned to design the new KIBOU Clifton after successfully designing and managing their KIBOU Cheltenham Restaurant fit out in in 2020.


Divided over 3 floors of a Grade 2 Listed site in Bristol's trendy Clifton Village, the 80 cover restaurant utilises a bar & lounge

    on the ground floor with a open plan Sushi bar and kitchen and dining on the first floor. 


    KIBOU Clifton proudly announces is arrival onto the Clifton Village night scene with a stunning display of maple trees that climb skywards up the impressive facade.  


    Building on the inspiration of the nostalgic night life of Tokyo's backstreets the ground floor bar is vibrant and busy allowing the first floor dining experience to take on a more luxurious tone with big feature curved booths taking centre stage. 


    KIBOU Clifton is enriched with Japanese wall illustrations and ever changing projections as well as High back chairs, bar stools and bespoke light shades adorned with Japanese fabric patterns.


    Evoking the golden age of Whisky, rich mahogany & glass displays are filled with the best Japanese whisky and sake brands topped with a display of sake barrels.
